The Valley Strong Fund
The Valley Strong Fund is a designated fund within the Wet Mountain Valley Community Foundation. The purpose of the fund is to foster and strengthen community building by supporting education, communication, programs and events which celebrate and advance community relationships.
The Fund may provide services or support programs that include but will not be limited to: Providing education in the form of public meetings, events, reading groups, articles, social media and workshops about tolerance, cultural diversity, community building and growth. The Fund will be supporting or sponsoring non-partisan, non-religious community events and efforts in Custer County; and encouraging local, community based youth leadership training via grants or education.
